Our market leading warranties combined with service agreement options covering off-site assistance, and onsite maintenance, priority callouts etc, ensure a worry free long life for your chosen locker solution. Save your facility money and extend the life of your lockers with a Metra service plan.​

All new installations of the Metra Electronic Locking technology include a 1-year warranty period which commences on the date of the project handover. We provide each site complimentary quarterly servicing during this initial warranty period.

​

Our support and service does not end at the expiry of your warranty however, we have the option for you to choose from one of our three Service Agreement Plans.​
