Customisable Access Configurations
Short-term or temporary locker use
Smart short-term lockers, also called flexible or agile lockers, are either self-assigned by the user or are auto-assigned by the system for a specific, shorter time, depending on preferences.
Long-term locker use
Smart long-term lockers, sometime also called permanent or personal lockers, are pre-assigned by the locker management software for a longer time frame.
Shared locker use
Two or more preselected users can simultaneously access and use the smart locker. This feature is commonly used for safely storing sensitive project, financial, or meeting documentation, as well as PPE.​


Smart delivery
Lockers can be set for inbound, outbound or in-house drop-offs and collection. A user, e.g. a courier, tenant or employee, can access the locker once to make the drop-off, and only the preselected recipient can then access the locker to retrieve it.
Hybrid locker use
Our smart locker system gives you an option to freely combine short- and long-term locker use for an individual locker, bank, or across the whole installation.
